These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and 33wbm ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 33wbm online gaming platform available at https://33wbm.vip. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. If a duplicate account is identified during routine KYC review or fraud screening, 33wbm reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and retain any balances pending investigation. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. 33wbm does not accept fictitious identities or accounts opened on behalf of another person.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. Do not share them with any other person.
• You must notify 33wbm support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.
• 33wbm will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise dispose of your account or its contents to any other person under any circumstances.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and may include proof of payment method ownership.

33wbm reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any stage of account use. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension pending verification.

In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail for that offer. The following general principles apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who have met the applicable eligibility criteria, including age verification and account status in good standing.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 33wbm and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any tool designed to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Opening more than one account or providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates applicable law.
• Exploiting any software error, miscalculation, or technical fault in a game or the platform to gain funds to which you are not legitimately entitled.

33wbm employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 33wbm may suspend or permanently close the account, withhold or forfeit any balance, and report the matter to relevant financial crime or law enforcement authorities.

All content on the 33wbm platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 33wbm or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 33wbm. Any unauthorised use of platform content will result in account termination and may give rise to legal action.

33wbm may revise these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on this page. Where a revision is material, registered users will be notified by email to the address on file. Material revisions include changes to eligibility criteria, withdrawal policies, bonus rules, or the introduction of new prohibited conduct categories. Non-material revisions — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information — may be made without prior notice.
